Sale books arrived in mailboxes this week for the Missouri Angus Futurity Sale taking place the end of the month. Check out my lots- 4, 12, 16, 28, 50, 68, & 86. You can view the sale catalog online here.

Silage

We chopped a lot corn this summer and we are already feeding it. Our county was hit hard by the drought. We always chop silage, but that was about all our corn was good for this year.

Fall Calves

Our fall calves are all on the ground.

I'm starting to make sire selections to breed the cows back. I continue to be impressed with EXAR Upshot calves, and plan to use him again.

Bowling Green Bull Sale

Thanks to Keithley/Jackson and Bob Bross for our purchasing bulls in the Palmyra Tested Bull Sale on Saturday.
